Ancient epic gets hip-hop revival
Greek-Australian hip-hop artist Luka Lesson has teamed up with the Sydney Conservatorium of Music on an ambitious recording project and world-premiere event. The pilot project, Odysseus Live, re-imagines the 3000 year old Greek epic. Check it out.

Do you want to be involved in promoting gender equity and diversity in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM)? Send your expression of interest in joining the University’s Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) Self Assessment Team.

  • Staying local during the mid-year break? Take advantage of your student discount and catch a show at the Seymour Centre.

  • Re-live the sold-out TEDxSydney experience with all the talks and performances now live and free to watch online.

  • To celebrate the International Year of Pulses, the 2016 Faculty of Agriculture and Environment Research Symposium brings together top researchers to discuss strategies and advances that are future-proofing pulse agriculture (legumes) on 12 July. Register now.
