These schemes, which form part of the
Australia-India Strategic Research Fund (AISRF), support joint workshops and projects with Indian researchers in priority areas agreed between the two governments.
For this round, applications for workshops and projects are invited in several areas in both the
Indo-Australian Science and Technology Fund and
Indo-Australian Biotechnology Funds.
Applications for workshops are particularly encouraged and the assessment criteria and process for applying for support for a workshop have been streamlined for this round.
A new online application form and templates for CVs are available on the
DIISRTE website.
If you intend to apply to either fund, please send an email as soon as possible, to
Luda Kuchieva to confirm. Luda will then send you a template for the letters of support needed for your application.
Please note the following deadlines for submission of applications to these funds:
Internal Deadline: 5pm Tuesday 26th February 2013 – please send a draft of your application and letters of support to
Luda Kuchieva by this date. Luda will check your application for compliance and will arrange for your letters to be signed.
