This year is the first time the University has had a student-organised entry accepted into the Mardi Gras Parade (2 March).

It will be an all-inclusive float consisting of students, staff and academics - showcasing the diverse and supportive community that our University offers. It is open to all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and questioning (LGBTIQ) and allied individuals who want to get out there to support the community and have the time of their life. So apply either as a group or individually, dress up in colour or your gown and join the celebration of 35 years of all love and support for the LGBTIQ community.

For more details, please contact Fahad Ali on 0410 700 570.
